Phelim Pekaar established p3 Technology in 2001. Phelim has extensive experience of developing websites for SME's, Blue Chip Companies and Large Companies worldwide as well as the development of bespoke software such as email marketing tools. Phelim has a diverse skill set including php development, apache servers, Unix/Linux systems, MySQL, Java J2EE, XML.

Phelim has worked on and project managed such diverse projects as the delivery of an Internet based data collection portal for the European Liner Affairs Association to the design, build and on schedule delivery of an online e-mail marketing tool for JurysDoyle Group to the redevelopment of the Carlton Hotels 7 websites.

Lisa Shields - Marketing Director

Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the company and to our clients, having managed the internet side of the business for Jurys Doyle Hotel Group and Jurys Inns, for the last nine years. After a stint as Brand Manager, handling the launch of eight new Jurys Inns in the UK and Ireland, Lisa took over the management of Jurys' internet business in 1999, tripling online revenues in just 3 years.

Leading the Jurys internet marketing team, covering all regions (UK, Ireland and USA), Lisa was heavily involved in driving forward the company's internet business and built up the Jurys brand website to become a key revenue channel. Lisa continues to work in a consultancy role for a number hotel clients, developing successful internet strategies in an increasingly competitive market place.

Grzegorz, known as Greg Lichosik, hails from Poland and now calls Ireland home. Greg joined the p3 team as a developer and also provides technical support. After completing a Masters in Algorithms and Computer Systems from Wroclaw University of Technology. Greg has extensive software development experience in PHP, MySQL, Java and C, and became ZEND certified in 2007.

Greg is a dynamic developer who not only brings a range of technical skills to a project but also a fantastic sense of humour and a determination to have all projects succeed. Greg has worked on many of p3's successful projects including the redevelopment of the 7 Carlton Hotel websites and the redevelopment of Manna.ie.

Laura Greally  - Marketing Executive

Laura joined p3 in 2008 as an online marketing executive. After completing a degree in International Marketing with French and German in Dublin City University & Universität Hannover , Laura spent 3 years working in the recruitment industry where she was involved in all aspects of both offline and online marketing in both a B2B and a B2C environment.

Laura is a Qualified Google Adwords Professional and manages Pay Per Click Advertising campaigns on behalf of clients as well as providing advice on Search Engine Optimisation. Laura works closely with her clients to help them stay ahead of market changes and react quickly in an ever changing marketplace. She recently recieved first class diploma in Internet Marketing and is currently studying for a certificate in Cyberpsychology.

Jonathan Murray - Technical Support / Project Management

The newest member of the p3 team, Jonathan recently returned to Ireland after many years working overseas. Jonathan brings a wealth of project management and support experience having previously worked on projects for the Overseas Development Department.

Jonathan provides technical support on p3's European Liner Affairs Association project as well as the development of technical documentation across the p3 product suite. Jonathan is currently project managing a number of p3 projects including the development of a new client website.
